4. Deposits and Payments
Deposits are typically required before materials are ordered or work commences. The payment schedule will be clearly stated in the project agreement.
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, or other arrangements specified in writing.
Late or missed payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or interest charges as permitted under Ontario law.
5. Warranties and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials as outlined in your project agreement.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials where available.
North Bay Home Renovations is not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made after completion
- Delays beyond our control (weather, supply chain, etc.)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate project information and access to the work site
- Obtain necessary permits or approvals unless stated otherwise in your contract
- Ensure a safe and accessible work environment
Failure to meet these obligations may result in rescheduling or additional costs.
7. Website Use and Content
All content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos, and videos) is owned or licensed by North Bay Home Renovations.
You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.
