At North Bay Home Renovations, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We are proud to offer a 2 year Limited Labor Warranty on all renovation projects.
What’s Covered:
This warranty covers labor only for repairs due to defects in workmanship, including adjustments or corrections needed if something we installed warps, cracks, or leaks outside of normal wear and tear.
Examples:
If a deck board warps or cracks, we will return and replace it with free labor (client is responsible for the cost of new materials).
If an installed door warps, we will return to adjust or re-fit it at no labor charge.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by weather, accidents, or other contractors.
The cost of replacement materials, which remains the responsibility of the homeowner.
Any product manufacturer’s warranty (these are covered by the manufacturer directly).
How It Works:
If you notice an issue within the warranty period, simply contact us.
We will schedule a time to inspect the concern and complete the necessary labor repairs at no charge to you (materials extra).
